No real happy with this purchase. It doesn’t seem to measure weight consistently and there doesn’t seem to be a way to adjust the scale. I will say that it does looks nice.

This scale weighs in .2 lb increments, and has a bright, large back-lit display that stays on long enough to get off the scale to read it (without my glasses on!) It seems to be very accurate; it IS consistent. No need to ‘tap’ it on, either. AND – it came with batteries!!! Terrific product without breaking the bank – I’m a happy customer.

This is my very first IPod and I LOVE the Ipod touch 3rd Generation!! I am so glad I went with the 32GB vs. the 8GB too. I am a bit technologically naive, but this was easy to learn how to use and now I am hooked. As I was reading the reviews with the 1 star, I was a bit dumbfounded. I think the IPOD touch is amazing! It just all depends on what you are looking for and what fits you. My only complaint is that the battery seems to drain out quickly but being on the internet a lot with it will do that. When I am only playing music, it seems to last a long time.

I was going to get an Iphone but I have such a great plan with my current cell phone company and didn’t want to give that up. Plus, I seem to abuse cell phones a lot by dropping them, scratching them, etc. and I didn’t want to risk damaging an Iphone. I know people like having the internet connection everywhere you go, but I just didn’t feel I really needed that. Nothing against the Iphone. I know people love them. It just wasn’t for me personally. I am extremely happy with my purchase!! I think you will be too!

I have used this product on three dives and still have mixed feeling about it. it is definitely a steal at the amazon price and i do not regret my purchase. the camera itself is easy to use and quite good in land use. in the underwater housing however, the buttons are a little hard to push. this becomes an issue since the shutter button must be pushed half-way to get a light meter reading, and i found this quite difficult. button responsiveness may improve over time though.
another issue was determining the proper settings for underwater photography. i used a sony u/w camera before the intova and it was fairly easy to figure out what setting worked and which did not. it was a little harder with the intova but after a couple of practice shots and dives a fairy competent photographer will get the hang of it.
video however was crystal clear and easier to shoot. the 640×480 resolution really makes a difference and the auto setting for the video clip were perfect- unlike the camera setting which required a few tweaks.
so would i recommend this product? yes, if you have the patience to experiment with it a little. and of course nothing beats the value for money of intova products!

update:

i have figured out the settings for better u/w pictures and it does take gorgreous pictures as long as the subject is reached by an adequate light source (external flash or strobe)
video is also decent but is prone to flash, as the other reviewer has described, when it is focused on a subject with backround lighting. you also cannot adjust the viewing angle (telephoto-wide angle shots) during video recording.
all in all still a great buy.

I have been a nintendo and a mario fan since I was 7 and I must say this is the greatist nintendo console ever and it has alot of decent fun games. I mainly own a wii for mario games such as: mario kart wii, (it’s more fun playing online) super mario galaxy, (can’t wait for SMG 2) wario’s shake it, super smash bros, super mario bros wii + more. my only complaint is that the physical control movements can sometimes make your wrists sore when you constantly shake the controller but other than that I have nothing else to complain about. I don’t believe most people want a wii for all that excercising sport crap but the only sport game I love is the wii sports resorts that ones a fun worthy sport game, But I guess the wii is more appealing to alot of old school nintendo fans such as myself and alot of new or mostly older mario fans, but if your not one of those people who are old school nintendo gamers then you will probably not like the nintendo wii at all.

Anyway I love the wii and Im proud to be a nintendo veteran.

Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer is an enjoyable fantasy book that I would recommend to kids of all ages. The story opens in the bustling metropolis of Ho Chi Minh City. Artemis Fowl and his servant, Butler, are meeting a man who has promised to introduce them to a fairy. After meeting a weak fairy who has been drained of magic by rice wine, they trick her into sharing her secret fairy book with them in exchange for saving her life. The book, which contains all the rules and secrets of the world’s fairies, is photographed by Artemis and e-mailed to his server for safe keeping. Meanwhile, Captain Holly Short, a LEPrecon (Lower Elements Policeman) enters a pod in the fairy city near the center of the earth that will shoot her out of a vent to fight a troll who has escaped to the earth’s surface. Little does she know that soon after that she will be kidnapped by Artemis Fowl!

Artemis Fowl is a character with a plan. He is a driven, wealthy twelve year old who wants to steal fairy gold. In the beginning of the book he is described as an extremely pale young man who seems to have no friends except his servant, Butler. He is a bright, tech genius who is not in school because his mother is loosing her mind. My favorite part of the book was reading about how he is training himself to become a criminal mastermind. Right before he meets with Commander Root to negotiate for Fowl’s fairy hostage, he prepares for the interaction by concentrating on how he will act. “Artemis put on his best sinister face. Evil, he told himself, evil but highly intelligent. And determined, don’t forget determined. He put a hand on the doorknob. Steady now. Deep breaths, and try not to think about the possibility that you have misjudged this situation and you are about to be shot dead.” (Colfer 213)

The underground fairy world in Artemis Fowl is an incredibly imaginative creation. Although we are told a limited amount about the underground city, we are thrown into a fantastic description of Captain

They’re have been other products like this, but this is probably the best aimed. The Wii is cool, its fun especially for all ages, for me though it just doesn’t last as long as other consoles – the fun I mean, it doesn’t seem like you’re in control as much as you should be when playing the games. It will get better, definitely worth buying though. I’ve never met a person that hasn’t liked it, and thats been like 3 years.

The nice thing about this book is that its full of humour and action, but not the standard knights in shining armor on a battlefield kind of action as it is with most fantasy books. While the latter is fun to read as well, it is nice to get a break from those epic type fantasies, and that is exactly what Artemis Fowl delivers, albiet in a more teen friendly way.

An interesting storyline combined with good humor and a very interesting main character makes this a great read for teens.
